Booking
Upon booking clients will receive a contract and an invoice listing the session details. Both the client and photographer will sign the contract.
To cancel or reschedule your photo shoot, please contact your photographer at least 24 hrs in advance.
Clients will ensure they provide an accurate email address for photo gallery delivery.
Payment
Upon booking a time slot, clients must pay a deposit in order to secure their session.
Please know that deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to your remaining balance.
The remaining balance of the session will be due at the beginning of the photo shoot.
If payment arrangements have been made, full payment will be required before photo gallery can be delivered.
Late Policy
Each client has agreed upon a time suitable for both their party and the photographer.
I will respect your time and arrive at the shoot early (if not on time). I ask that you are respectable and do the same with arriving at least 5 minutes before your scheduled session.
In the event you will be late, please contact your photographer. The duration of your shoot will not be changed and time will be deducted, depending on arrival time.
Location
The location is discussed and decided upon before the day of the shoot.
You are asked to preview the location to ensure it meets your expectations.
Travel fees will be discussed and applied if the desired location is outside of city limits.
If it rains on the day of your outdoor session, you will have the option to be rescheduled for another day or the option of an indoor session, if studio is available.
